Anti-Aliasing problems

My aircraft in FS are seeming very grainy, and I think that it is an Anti-Aliasing problem.

Here are my settings:

I keep my AA at 4X and my AF at 16X (ATI). Keep AA unchecked in the sims settings and mip map at 4-5.

See how that works for you.

AA is what smoothes out that jagged effect so I am a bit confused that you are still seeing it despite having those settings...

Have you checked the in game settings aren't overriding somehow? (despite your application preference being un-ticked)
