i see next to some peoples name it has like ranks like captain or chief captain.....how do ppl go up in ranks, myne says trainee, i was jus wonderin how it goes up or if it does?

It goes by the number of posts. (Quality not quantity )
50 First Officer.
150 Captain.
500 Chief Captain.

When you make a certain number of posts, you are advanced in rank.

50=First Officer
150=Captain
500=Chief Captain
