Is there a way to remove the spam posts from the current topics under discussion? I know the post has been pulled but it is still showing up in the sidebar.

Only the administrator can do that in the control panel.
It'll be pushed off soon enough when someone posts a new topic.
I removed it from the forum but that's the best I can do, sorry.

I must have pushed it off when I posted this topic, it was there until then. It had been there for quite a while though. I understand the problem I am just wondering if there is a way it could be changed to where you could remove it from the sidebar.

I suspect it is the same person making these posts. Whether they can be tracked or not is another question, it depends on how they are doing it. It would be nice if they could be and prosecuted if that is what it takes.
