Trouble Downloading and starting the program

I click on the "Download File" button and save the file on my desktop and extract the files...what do I do from here so I can start using the program?

Any of the programs are my issue. Lets take FS2002 Aircraft Grumman F-14B Tomcat VF-103 Jolly Rogers for example. I'm running Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 as my main program.
