There is a part 1 and 2, here they are.
These two are the joystick page instructions.
If this doesn't help, list your system and video card. |

I got myself a Saitek X45 specifically to use with FS2004 after having used the Sidewinder 2 Pro for some time. The only "problem" I had when using the Sidewinder was that it seems not to like being plugged into a USB 2.0 port - works fine into a USB 1.0. Maybe that might be causing your problem? btw... I've now decided to use the Saitek for airliners and the like (where it 'feels' right) and the Sidewinder for smaller a/c and single seaters, where it seems more natural to be using just the one hand to control the a/c. Hope you get the Sidewinder sorted, it's a good stick. |

As far as the USB 1 or 2 it should be "backward compatible". I'm using one and haven't had any major problems with it.
I agree Saitec is a better stick. |
