instalation problem

while installing 2nd disk on FS 2002 Proff. Ed. I am getting this masage:
"set up failed to extract files from d:\GMAX CAB".
I tried it so many times I am always getting the same massage?

Maybe you have a damaged or dirty(finger prints)disk.Did you try to clean it up or to load it from a different CD/DVD-drive?

you may hve a scrached disk that is most likly
