cant figure out these aircraft carriers

i have the USS abraham aircraft carrier and I cant figure out how to get the ship to shot my plane off or whatever the ship does to get you off the aircraft carrier. I can take off with the f-18, but thats it. Sad

The carrier need the "catapult" and the "arrestor cables" to be able to "launch" and "retrieve" aircraft. I believe I have the links in the other posts that I gave you.
