Which gfx should i get?

there are quite a few graphics card of 512 MB, but i dont know which one to get. Here's my spec:

CPU: Pentium IV 3.2 Ghz,
RAM: 1 GB
M/B: ASUS P4P800S-X
H/D: 200 GB
O/S: WinXP Professsional SP2
GFX: nVidia GForce FX 5700 LE 256 MB RAM


I want to know if my Motherboard will be able to take the graphics card.

Of course there are ATI cards too which are great but since i have never use one im the last one i could provide any info about them.

Have a first touch and come back to discuss it.There are more experts than me around which i believe they will help too.
