Hey for metro are you required to use Vatsim?

You can if you want but you don't have to

what are your system specs and where did you get your d/loads????????

Nothing special. It's all about getting each piece of hardware talking together and tweak a few things here and there.

Also before you ask I DON'T care about FPS. That is a poor mans judgement on how a game is run.

You can't download the livery as it's apart of MetroAir VA and you have to be a member to download the livery.
