Not all aircraft are built to have their doors open.
But if they are press "Shift+E+ at the same time and press down, 1 or 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. at the same time (it takes 3 hands).
Usually "Shift+E+1" will do it, the others will open up different parts of you panel, gps, compass etc.
On some fighter planes or small aircraft it'll also open the canopy if so fitted.

Very Happy Three hands is good...........but you just gotta be quick pressing the numbers after Shift + E

    Very Happy To open the cargo doors try Shift + E + 2 or 3.

    On the iFDG airbus its the tailhook key for the cargo doors and Shift + E + 1 for the main door and + 2 for all pass doors


    One I have seen is for landing lights on a SGA Airbus (I think) is for the tail hook assignment keystroke to lower the landing lights

    You can change the key assignment in settings(I use a spare button on my flight stick
