Anyone know a site that has, or names of, hugely discustingly large aircraft that are FULL models, not this half finished stuff? I already have the C-5.

Check on military here and then you can go to simvation.

Just keep clicking "next page" on the bottom left, there are 30 odd pages of military aircraft. Each has a description so you can tell if they are full or textures.
