A340 - what to get?

Hi all

I just joined this website / board so please excuse me if this is a tiresome newbee question.

I have used FS2004 for some time now, but I just recently got into add-ons. I really want to fly the A340-600 but I am a little confused about what I actually need..

I have seen talk about a good model by FlightCraft, and I have seen some Liveries to that model - they all seem to be for FS2002, but will it work on FS2004?? Also Where do I download the basic model so the Liveries will work?
I would appriciate if someone can shine a light on the matter for me..
