Cruise Speed

In the default 737 the box next to it says that the cruise speed is 477 knots. When you're flying it, it says that your overspeed if you go anything over 335 knots.
Can someone please explain this to me?

Thumbs Up! Your GPS ground speed will be the same as you true airspeed, with zero wind.
