login problems

I registered with this site a week ago now and my hotmail account has a problem where by I can't login using my username and password, however the subscription fee has been debited from my paypal account using the same info. I cannot validate my subscription so that I may download from this site PLEASE HELP . Alternate e-mail:- nicbrook@guernsey.net
