I signed up for my account just over 48 hours ago and am still waiting for confirmation via e-mail. Can I not sign in until I've recieved this e-mail then? I know it's only been 48 hours but I just want to customise my account and become a member now. Did anyone else have the same trouble?

I've heard of people getting their accounts in on hour and I've heard of people waiting five months. Here is a link in case you need resolution.
