Entering ILS Frequency into PMDG 737?

Hi everyone

I recently purchased the PMDG 737 (I got both packages, so I have from the 737-600 all the way through to 737-900)

I'm still in the process of learning the FMC, which is coming along great, but I dont know how to enter the ILS frequency of the runway I want to land on in the PMDG

Do I have to do this through a page of the CDU or is it done another way?

I assume you know how to enter the frequency in other aircraft? (default ones, POSKY etc.)

just press shift+8 to pop-up the radio panel and enter the frequency normally from there
