i am having a fly-in on the westcoastatc 24hr server. it will be at central maine regional airport. it is located in the Northeast USA. in the state of maine. ID is KOWK. the runway length is 4000'. RWY is paved. fuel availible. it is a copy of the EAA Chapter 736 Everything That Flies Fly-In. it is ushually held on the first full weekend of august but slight change to this one. it will be held on 9th of september which is two weeks away. (18:30 GMT 13:30 US Time) rain or shine event!!

ARRIVALS: Do not spawn at KOWK. There are very many airports around KOWK. when on the ground and parked watching who shows up and things like that please switch aircraft to the default J-3 cub. Observers Please set aircrafts to the default J-3 cub also. THERE WILL BE NO CONTROLLER. IT WILL BE STRICTLY UNICOM. NO NEED TO REQUEST LANDING OR TAKEOFF CLEARENCE. Active runway will be 33 weather permitting.

PARKING: special aircraft that cant be parked on grass will have the ramp for parking. others will be parking on the grass along the taxiway on both sides.

DEMOS + STUNTS: only when the demo flights and stunt flight will not interfeer with the incoming traffic. departing traffic can hold short or wait till there is a safe time to depart.

HOW TO CONNECT: the unicom will be on team speak. the Server address is the same for teamspeak and the one to connect in flight simulator. Server Address: 64.119.37.62 The teamspeak Radio channel will be 119.20

Post what type of plane you think of coming in with so we can download them to see you comin' in you fav aircraft and just to know what kind of variety will be attending this event.
Remember: have fun and fly safe. cant wait to see who flies in for the event!!

agian...the details are at the simviation.com forums. it tells you what exactly the airport is and other things like parking and approach procedures and things like that. so if you would plz go to [http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi] and go to the multiplayer one and look for the airshow. it has all the details in there you need to know. and you need to post exactly what you are flying there too so i can get a programme written up. thanks[/url]
