Yep, the process is called begging for pilots. It's a great way to sign up folks who you never hear from again. Laughing

I think there are more VA's then pilots to begin with. Wink

Bribing people might help.

ROTFLMAO!!!!!! ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL

Why didn't I think of that? Laughing

Actually, Lenin's latest VA has merit because it has the potential to be different than 90% of the other VAs. The reason there are so many VAs is everyone wants a title, but no one wants to fly.

If Lenin advertises that his VA does all the things a Coast Guard operation would be expected to and seeks pilots who like that type of flying, he has a chance.

If the responses he gets are any of the following, he is dead in the water.

1. I want to join your VA because the livery is cool.
2. How do I get promoted?
3. Do I have to fly (fom/to) <ICAO>. Can't I use a different airport?
4. What kind of forum do you have?
5. Do you have a screen shot gallery?

Also, if anyone asks within a month of joining, whether they can be a hub manager or other officer, close the windows so the neighbors don't hear you screaming. Rolling Eyes

Why reply to a 5 year old topic Mr Barclay?
Please direct your complaints to the moon, they might care there.
