When i see 1.8 GHz on a dual core.Does this mean its double 1.8 GHz i.e 3.72 GHz?

Computer company selection depends on budget, gaming computers tend to use the best components and cost more. I have an Alienware Area 51 and I don't recommend Alienware.

Gaming computers:
1. Arrow Velocity micro

2. Arrow www.falcon-nw.com/ *

3. Arrow www.widowpc.com/

4. Arrow www.overdrivepc.com/gaming/index.htm

* My personal choice but very expensive.

The term, dual core, refers to the architecture of the chip(the way it handles instructions), the clock speed is not actually doubled.
