Default scenery is much better that FS9 standard. You also get wing view as standard.

Nice shot. The ground has a cartoon, or watercolor like look.

Impressive and revealing shot indeed. That default scenery looks very good.

Now to the Wingviews. Fear

I personally like wingviews. Some uber-simmers HATE them. Ghastly expression (how futile it is to HATE inanimate objects).
I'm hoping that those serious simmers will find the time to learn how to get rid of wingviews should they turn out to be too much of a burden.

On the bright side, the kiddies won't be bombarding the forum any longer with questions of how to add or where to find wingviews. Baby

BashDaBish, more pics please if you find the time Thumbs Up!

I personally don't get the fascination of wingviews, hate when someone takes screens of a flight and 20 of 22 are wingviews. Wink

Overcast day near Fife, Scotland. With low sun which is common in Scotland at this time of the year. Used real weather.

I will post a variety of other shots when the chances arrive. Gives a flavour at just how good the default FSX really is.

The scenery is so more visibally defined. You can see each field, rather than just a blur.

Good shot Cool

No, they will be too busy asking if they can see elephants in Trafalgar Square. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Coming in for a water landing somwehere in rain forests and I genuinely did not expect the water to look this good. This screenshot has lost some of its quality as I had to resize it.

FSX keeps surprising me

It's not just the water... the trees too are very defined.

That Goose needs a repaint though Mr. Green

There are plenty of paint schemes available so I can get it into the sprayers. Laughing

The Goose is a beauty to fly on FSX. Very, very noisy though Wacko

Aahh, I was wondering about that... very noisy I equate with sweet sound where aircraft engines are concerned Very Happy

The Goose is probably going to wind up as everyone's favorite default a/c.
