Error message help

hi, ive installed fsx ok when i click on icon to play game i get error message the MSXML4 SP2 component is not installed.Please reinstall flight simulator to restore or repair this missing component.
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. Its driving me mad can anyone help?, i downloaded and installed from microsoft.com new MSXML4 SP2 so i know its installed so why error still?, any help would be very welcome thanks in advance.
