HELP ME and my FSX!!!

My father bought FSX at HMV the other day in London and after installing it, it asked for the product key. So he put it in and it says it's invalid. What do I do?

The big problem is that I'm in Mauritius now.

Gave it a try again and discovered that it was the firewall that was stopping it from finishing the installation.

My computer actually restarted itself upon activation, and there were a few choice words flying about the room. Not sure why it did that, but all turned out fine.

As fun as the flightsim may be, I've surely crossed those lines a few times due to it.
