I have spent the better part of two days trying to install this program with no luck. The DVD player does not recognize the disk. I have to go into 'Add Programs' and browse for the setup program. When I try to run the program I get a message saying 'setup.exe is not a valid win 32 application'. Any thoughts on hoew to solve this.

Delete your burner programs, go to start/search and get rid of the rest of it and reboot.
That has worked so far.

Thanks for the reply. Can you be a little more specific? What programs are burner programs? And what else do I get rid of?
