Yea....not a bad film
They actually trashed 2 727.200s, but only their fuselages. They leased one complete aircraft from a US casino owner, bought the 2 fuselages, built a smaller set of one and built a big complete model.

I know!!!! I cringe when they do these things to these beautiful aircraft!!! I watched the bomb testing on a 747 I almost cried!!! Can you believe it?! A grown man crying over a ,, 'thing' ? I know and have known women that wish I would/did show them this kind of emotion!!!!
The runway in the movie! I won't tell you!!!! SOMEONE has to know!!!
HA! HA! I was laughing!!! You know how us aviators can pick apart an airplane movie?!?!
I watched Airport '75 last night!!! It is a great movie. They really did a good job with it. I do laugh a little though at the minimal wind coming through that garage door above the co-pilots seat. |

No kidding there! God BLESSED America! Did you read that one of the options for the 727 home is a functional cockpit tied to FS9? Only an extra $11,000. What a bargin! |

HA, have you ever seen the "Turbulence" Movies? Those are so STUPID! There's one part in there where the freak that tries to fly it is like, I gotta reduce the power, so he pulls back on the throttle, and what do you hear, the engines roar up nearly full! I almost died. My mom didn't get it, and my dad said it was sad that I pick up on things like that! |

Ha Ha ........ How can anyone think it's sad to pick up on detail like that! Actually all of my friends would say the same... They hate flying with me, because when I get to the Airport it's like "Wow look, a BAe 146, look the small one but with four engines!" ....... At this point they yawn and go to the Bar to get away from the Plane Spotter ! David.

I guess birds of a feather really do flock together. My wife hates to watch TV or movies with me. I am always picking out the stupid stuff. She feels that I should open my mind and just "enjoy it." I say, “Never open your mind so far that your brains fall out.” Kurt

Just watched airport '75 again. Can't beat it.
D'capprio said, looking out the window of the ircraft- "Look Karl. There is La guardia right there. Runway 44" |
