Missions + textures

hi are there any websites which have add on missions as i have completed most of the missions on fsx already. I have tried avsim and there is only one.

Also, are there any websites with extra real aviation textures on again i have tried avsim and there is not really a lot on there.

I found a mission at avsim.. that's the only thing I've seen though

I only found 1 mission, Stranded Passengers wich is pretty challenging flying through that weather but I landed and the destination airport and did everything I had to do but for some reason it's not telling me that I passed the mission. The co-pilot said he will talk to you when you're on the ground, wich he never did and nothing happened when I got there.
