FSX Problems

After downloading the new software I tried to fly a plane. Everything appeared to load to 100%. The sound starts but there's no display. The visual locks on the load visual. What can I do to fix this problem?

I've actually waited for more than 5 minutes and noticed no change. According to MS, my system should be able to run this software. I'm still not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
