I just completed a flight from Honolulu-L.A. and during the last hour my #1 left engine burst out into FLAMES!!!!, flames and smoke was pouring out of the engine. microsoft did very well in that part but the fact i dont like is that you cant declare and emergency to the tower.

Same thing happened to me, I thought by now they would have that feature. Maybe FS11.

So if you set to your sim to have an engine failue, it's the only way to have that happening to you right? Do you have to set your graphics to high to be able to see the flames and all that, or will you see them on med-high too?

no just set your failure to on, you can choose it to happen specifically or any random moment.

and no your special effects and graphics card do not have to be set to high.
