need some help

I purchased fsx last night installed and tryed to register however im getting a message stating that the product key is invalid how can this be the number came from inside the cd case and i retyped it a million times is this a bug of sorts..please help

I had the exact same problem, all I did was ring the number given on the registration page and just rang that and it took a few mins and I just spoke to a computer and you enter a number key and that will activate your game. I don't know how to fix it but there are two working solutions.
