T28 Intromet crashes Fs9

How do I get the T28D Intromet to run without crashing the Fs9. Confused

Just downloaded one from surclaro. This is what I found in the readme file:

BEFORE YOU FLY!.......

Copy the GaugeSound.dll file into your FS Main Folder. Easygauge 2.0, what I used to make gau's, says this file is needed. If you already have one of my later planes, you most likely have this file already installed.
SIM WILL CRASH IF NOT INSTALLED!


Will this fix your problem?
