strange occurance- HELP PLEASE

hello,
I am trying to re-install CFS3 but i am having some difficulties. It gets about 22% through and then an erroro occurs:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Combat Flight Simulator 3\movies\cfs3_intro_movie.mpg
This file cannot be installed because it may be in use. Close all applications and try again

I do that and it says the same thing.
What shoudl I do??

Try to load it in safe mode.

how do i do dat?

Be sure to use the XP way, if you have XP.

Can I just delete that file from the CFS3 CD??

Ok, I tried doing it on safe mode but that buggered up my computer and I had to restore it. So, i tried installing it to a different location, rather then the default Microsoft games one. That worked fine! I have installed it and have shot down a total of about 5 American bombers so far!

Safe mode shouldn't have had any effect on the machine but I'm glad it all worked out in the end.
