Flight videos not good?

I have tried filming a couple flights now with the filming option in the simulator. It films the flights but the playback is awful. Extremely choppy playback. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried different interval rates with no change in playback. It actually looks as though it is playing it back at maybe 5 FPS ??

Try www.fraps.com you get (If I remember) 30 seconds of it free.
That's long enough for a few tries before you decide to buy.

Thanks Radarman. I have tried fraps and really like it. I was just wondering if there was a way to get the free one working properly that came with fsx. Anyone else out there getting the fsx video to work decent or are most of you buying fraps or similar programs?
