Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heya, i cant create a gamespy account for multiplayer, it say it must be 16 characters or less in alphanumeric format, and ive floowed that but it keeps coming up with the same message time and time again even though my password is in alphanumeric format and less than 16 characters!
