How to find Airport Vectors?

I just wanted to know, if any one can help me find the vectors of lets say Princess Juliana Runway vectors.
Im a Novice ATC, and some aircrafts ask me for runway vectors. Where do i got to check this, to give them the vector information?

A vector is a heading usually given by an Radar Controller. They can't be 'found.'
