I isntalled FSX GA-TRAFFIC and .....

I think that you just run the program. Look in your program list for GA-Traffic and there should be a program. Run it and that should be where you configure the traffic. Then, you just need to set the Traffic sliders in FSX to see the traffic.

You adjust everything in settings in the sim, do the same with traffic.
The higher the setting the bigger the FPS hit you take.

If you go into FSX, click on the Settings Tab, the sliders will be there. If you want to customise more, click on the Customise button

yeah i have done that but how do i get to add my planes like my 757's and 777's ?

Have a look in your program list. There should be something on GA-Traffic. That program should let you choose the aircraft.

Have a look in your Program list for FSX GA-Traffic. Run the program and it should compile the traffic files then probably allow you to choose aircraft (I haven't got past that bit because I don't want it to overwrite my MyTraffic traffic). If you can't find it in the list, go to the drive you installed it on (probably C:\) then go to Program Files, then FSX GA-Traffic and run the exe file with the same name.
