You would download the paint scheme that you want from any FS site that has the Emirates repaint. I was unable to find any that was specifically for FSX. There are some that are labeled FS9 but I can't confirm that FS9 repaints work in FSX. I think they do. Search avsim for repaints.

Follow the read me file for instructions on how to install the repaint. Some are different than others. I don't know or have the files that you may be using so I can't tell you step by step.

This is for FS9 but it's all that I have: Arrow (dead link removed)

To learn how to repaint aircraft properly will take you several weeks if not months. This is not meant to discourage you from a rewarding journey; but if you want to fly your aircraft in FSX before that time has elapsed, just use already available aircraft for fs9, install them into fsx and all you have to do is edit the panel.cfg which takes 20 seconds maximum.
