over the past week i have sent a dozen copies of the below email and so far have received no response.
is there some better way to go about this? i like the forum, and the site. but i don't want to pay double is all. it's hard for me to believe no one is seeing my emails.

dear sir-
there is a problem with my account that needs to be corrected. every month my credit card is being billed twice. please refund the extra money back to my credit card. if this is too much trouble then just dont bill my account at all for the next 2 months following this one. either way, please inform me of your plans to rectify the situation. my forum name is cheezyflier. please let me know if there is any further information you require to fix this, i will send it right away.
thank you in advance for your prompt action with this situation

i am now up to 20 emails sent to fly away and still no response. i really dont want to close my account here but i cannot give away free money. i don't even have a job. a little attention to the inbox at fly away is in order. decent customer service is not too much to ask. my next step will be to close my account and report fly away to as many agencies as possible. all i ask is a fair resolution. it shouldn't be this big a deal.

Send a few emails every day.

If it's on a credit card tell the company and they'll stop it.
