help me guys i need it

i just develop a problem here. my last flight was in a mission and now every time i try to go to a free flight i can never get out of the mission even when i do a new flight plan. it goes back to the mision that i last flew. i then put back in the FSX CD'S and hit repair to correct the problem and that also did not work. i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and now my problem is this every time i try to turn on my FSX, it tells me that it is already running. WHAT SHOULD I DO GUYS HELP ME.

try deleting the config file and let fsx generate a new one
