Can someone explain this to me-If I'm going west when the sun is about to set, is it true that I would get say from San Francisco to Hawaii at night with time compression or will I arrive when the sun is still setting? Is there a bug in the time compression?

Why would you use time compression in the first place!?
I've never used it but I guess it speeds up everything.

See that is where you need an add on like FSPassenger... I just heard about that and you can do in flight drinks and food and stuff (a good excuse to get a beer out of the fridge too) lol.

I plan on trying this myself.

I never speed up my flights, but then I have no idea how to do that yet... only been playing for two weeks now.

Simple- just press R, then the + or - key-highest time compression speed is 128X with 16X maximum for autopilot on and with 4X maximum for AI traffic on in the flightsim. The slowest time compression speed is a quarter of the normal speed.
