Please Help "Newbie" with Downloading Missions

Hey guys, ive figured out how to add new aircraft however when installing the new missions I cant figure it out. I tried it on one "lost in snow" and downloaded the file to a folder then extracted the file into the "missions" file in FSX but cant find it anywhere on the game. Am I missing somthing?
Please help.

I never downloaded or tried to install one.
Why not post the read-me here and someone will try to help.
