Hi all,
I've been playing CP for a couple of weeks now, however today it came up with an error whilest loading, can anyone tell me what this means, i have read though it but it may as well be in ancient greek as far as im concerned. Embarassed

btw FSX loads and plays ok.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** Exception Text **************
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length
at System.String.InternalSubStringWithChecks(Int32 startIndex, Int32 length, Boolean fAlwaysCopy)
at CPAircraftList.ProcessAircraftCFG(String AircraftCFGFilename)
at CPAircraftList.FindAircraftCFG(List`1 AcPaths)
at CargoPilot.frmMainMenu.timer1_Tick(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.OnTick(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.TimerNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

thanks Confused
p.s. I have reinstalled CP and the error still happens

Did it happen suddenly or after you installed some software or hardware, or when you changed a setting?

It looks like something wrong in the coding (the length of a value is too small). I'm not too sure but you may have trouble fixing it yourself so it might be best to contact the Just Flight team via this form:
