question on repainting a AC

I have started to repaint some of my AC. I have been using FS Repaint, it does a ok job. But i want to try to do my repaints using Photoshop 7.

When i use FS Repaint my textures come out like this,

Is there a way for me to get them blank, no color? Will the alpha channels change it to white for me?

It takes to long to redo the whole AC when i use FS Repaint.

I have been reading thru alot of the tutorials, but the tutorials start off using a blank AC.

i believe you need to d/load an all white repaint kit for the A/C? i dunno but Posky has repaint kits for all of thier A/C

Thats what i was sorta thinking i had to do. But wasn't sure.

I just normally erased the color, then redid the details as i went along. That is a very long process.

i dunno anything about repainting i just threw a guess out there hope i helped
