flying an AI a319

I want to know if it is possible to change an AI 319 into a flyable aircraft? I don't know much about AI traffic and why you can't fly them so any advice would be great.

I found that some of the AI craft have to have most of their fuel and "cargo" deleted before I can lift off.

Try this one It's GMAX and has all the toys.
