Does anyone's airport night textures look like this?

I'm not so sure why the tarmac and taxiways look like that way at night.

Is it because that I have a 16MB graphics card? Can anyone explain this to me please?

You asked this once before and the answer is yes. Get a 128mb card, they are very cheap now.

You probably use a PCI card.

I would love to but I'm not old enough to buy computer stuff myself.
