Scenery/ Area/Frame rate/%'s...?

I have an:
Intel Celleron 3.3?ghz
2gigs ram
Accer 19 wide screen
HD 2600xt Graphics Card....

Taking a guess what would you, set the frame rate too....or all around settings...

I have my detail radious set to med....global med...
Planes detail.... around high...
and the cars, ships, ect set to 10%

The detail is awesome ...water affects really good...
I'm getting a little bit of glitching..on the outside views......when I start at LAX.......or a busy airport....I have "My Traffic" installed....too

A guess,.... on the settings..would be great....
