you can do it, if you want to. but not if you really don't.
does that make any sense? one thing that helped me the first time, when i was climbing the walls, i would try to capture the moment when i was ready to freak out because i was having a nicotine fit. then i would remind myself that if i calmed myself with a smoke or two, all the insanity would be for nothing, and i would have to go through it all over again. it takes 3 weeks to get past that point. once you do, you got it made.

hear that they have a new tablet for smoking, that it stops nurons in your brain from craving, it was on an ad on tele. But then at the end of the ad they said 'side effects may be commiting suicide'. I never saw the ad again.
