what more can i do ?

Hi, i recently bougth a brandnew pc for FSC : Intel Core 2 Quad CPU, Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz, 2GB ram, Sapphire HD 3850 with 512mb, Coolermaster power supply 850Watts.

My sliders are only at 60%. Still a can not fly fluently. Every few seconds, my image seems to freeze more or less. CPU almost running at 100%

I can hardly reach 20Fps.

What more can i do for a fluent flight without freezing ????

Can anyone help ?
