757-200 mulitplayer help

Hi People,

I have a small problem ( no not that!! ). I have purchased the Capt. Sim 757-200 and so has my friend ( different purchase and not sharing key codes. The problem is that neither of us can play on a mulitplayer game together and crashes when loading the client info at 99%. All the other planes which were installed work when playing mulitplayer.

we have tried

- both have been been clients/hosts
- reinstalling again
- sharing cockpit
- one tries the 757-200 and the other tries a different plane
- tried with no sp, sp1 and sp2

Any ideas?

both systems are the same
- vista 64 bit
- nvida 8800 gts 640 mb
- 4 gig memory
