A very stange problem for my friend...

I few friends in my BFV clan that I like to fly FS04 with. I host a server off my PC and we fly, But 1 and only these 1 is have trouble joining. They can join fine when it is just the me and him, but if anybody else joins he is kicked. I have my settings to allow like 10 pilots. He says it also happens on other servers. What could the problem be? I disable my firewall when I host. He is behind a router, but it doesn't stop him from connecting if it just him and me.

didn't work, he's going to call microsoft and see what they can do. Thanks for your help.
