Disconnected when selecting aircraft?

Whenever I join a multiplayer game and select an aircraft I always get a message saying you have been dissconected for the following reasons the host has cancelled their session this happens all the time is there anything I can do to fix this? Question

I've had this happen too. I think it's just because GameSpy sucks.
