Contacting microsoft customer support

Over the abismal online gameplay on FSX,

After much serching I find the FSX help page for the UK after looking through the help pages on fsx insider and guess what?

Despite me stating my product ID and paying £60 for Flight Sim X Deluxe, Microsoft also want to charge me another £46 just so that some can e-mail me back!

Anyways, is there another way that you can contact microsoft without paying all that money?

Uninstall FSX, defrag.

Then install SP1 and SP2, don't fly until you do it all.
Defrag then fly and also try to connect.
